Why we started CJT Media

We spent years inside bigger agencies watching the same pattern play out: brands paying five figures a month for paid media that was being optimised on broken tracking, reported on vanity metrics, and scaled on a hope-and-a-prayer.

The problem wasn't effort, it was structure. Most agencies are set up to run ads, not to measure them properly. So decisions get made on data that's 20–40% wrong, and the brand pays for it in wasted spend.

CJT Media is built around the opposite: measurement first, paid media second. If we can't see what's working, we don't spend on it.
